The 482 km long of coastline of Orissa exposes the State to flood, cyclones and storm surges. Heavy rainfall during monsoon causes floods in the rivers. This problem becomes even more acute when floods coincide with high tide.
In response to these challenges, NPO Suprativa has been appointed as the Nodal NGO by the Odisha State Disaster Management Authority.
Their Mission is to provide immediate relief, assist in long-term recovery, empower communities, raise awareness, and collaborate to mitigate the impact of floods and build a more resilient future for all.

We, at Metta Social keep our Digital Dana platform open for NGOs that are registered with us to raise funds for their specific Campaign or Programme Needs.
All the NGOs are registered with Metta Social. We conduct a thorough legal and financial due diligence of our NGO partners before onboarding them to our platform. They are credible organisation and are well known in their specific geographies for their outreach and extensive work.
We assure you that the entire fund goes to the last mile implementation organization.
After the implementation, a brief update of the project and funds utilized shall be provided which shall allow you to gain a better perspective of the effects your funds have had on the beneficiaries.
Yes! We understand your desire for privacy and take it very seriously. During the online donation process, you may select to make your donation anonymously.
Though during the donation process, we shall request you to share your personal details but that shall only be for the purpose of sharing you the 80G certificate but this information shall not be shared with the NGO partner and shall remain an anonymous donation for them.
Our primary objective is to provide immediate humanitarian assistance to individuals and communities affected by the floods in the specific regions. The Fundraising platform is supporting NGOs who are already striving on ground to ensure that the affected communities have access to clean water, food, shelter, sanitation, essential medical supplies etc. The specific Campaigns shall highlight how the funds will be utilised and mention the specific interventions that shall be undertaken by the NGO.
